A: The Editor in Chief and the Contributing Editors work together to choose cases to summarize, prioritizing cases likely to be of the most interest to the business and legal communities.
Q: When do you post new summaries?
A: We post new summaries as they are completed. During busy parts of the semester, such as during the finals period, fewer summaries are completed.

A: We welcome the submission of opinions for possible inclusion in Business Law Gems. Send a PDF of the opinion to Professor Couture by email at wgcouture@uidaho.edu.
Q: Who pays for the costs associated with this website?
A: Professor Couture donated the start-up funds for this project. In addition, in May 2011, the Business & Corporate Law Section of the Idaho State Bar awarded Business Law Gems a grant to employ a law student to assist Professor Couture through December 2011.
